Cyber Monday FREE Sale

 Several have asked how my dad is doing, so here's a quick update. 

As of this writing, my dad is still in the hospital on a ventilator. He seems to be improving, and we are hoping he will be moving to an acute care facility closer to my Mom's house this week. Unfortunately, with Covid, it's anybody's guess as to how things will progress. We are holding on and remain cautiously optimistic. 

Currently, I'm still at my Mom's house about 800 miles from home, While here we've been doing a lot of talking and book planning. One of the things we've decided is that Lynn Nodima and Arwen Chandler will be collaborating on an upcoming space opera book.  The book will contain characters from the Pleiades Adventures (Coerced, Plundered, and Hunted) and The Grewaldy Chronicles (Viper Pit). I am currently in the process of taking notes and getting ready to join the two universes. It's going to be awesome!

If you're not familiar with Viper Pit, you've got to check it out. Mom wrote it when I was still in junior high and it is one of my all-time favorite stories that she's written. (I know most people that love her shifter books, may not know about her science fiction, but it's great!)  Viper Pit is a short read, and not available in KU because it's in an anthology, but it's well worth the 99 cents.

Other Exciting NEWS!

Since I haven't been able to get into any promos for Cyber Monday I decided to do my own. So, I have several books set to free for the next few days. I hope you will have a chance to download them, and maybe fall in love with some new characters. Each storyline has more books to come, and I hope you'll be as excited for the next books as I am.

FREE Book Friday

I don’t normally post much about my family, but today I thought I’d let you into my personal world. A couple of days ago I received a call that my dad was being airlifted to a hospital several hours away from  my parents home. He was having serious complications with covid-19 and double pneumonia.

My mother, the amazing author, Lynn Nodima, (Texas Ranch Wolf Pack Series) was out of quarantine so my husband and I traveled to Oklahoma to be with her for the next few days or weeks. In my haste I forgot my laptop, so I’m borrowing one from her and hope I can get some writing done. However, I may not.

So far, we’ve been busy laughing, telling stories, going through craft patterns, and cooking—everything we can do to keep busy while we worry about dad.

Today, we were able to Facetime Dad with a nurse’s phone. It was wonderful to see him doing so much better. He’s on experimental drugs and they are helping him immensely. The difference between where he was and where he is now is night and day. So, that’s just a little bit of what’s going on here. I hope you are safe, your loved ones are safe, and that you stay well.
